Refund and Returns Policy

At TWYN, we’re confident you’ll love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our product (underwear), we can only accept returns if the item:

  • It is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Has no signs of wear, fragrance, washing, or damage
  • Is returned within 14 days of receiving your order

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear that has been worn or removed from its sealed packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@twynwear.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item (if faulty)

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to hygiene standards. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We’ll make it right.
